If you are traveling by car, start by navigating to Loksa. From Tallinn, take the E263 road towards Rakvere. After approximately 40 kilometers, take the exit toward Loksa. Continue on the road until you reach the town of Loksa. Once in Loksa, follow the signs to the Viru bog nature trail, located at Liiapeksi-Loksa, 74602 Harju maakond. Parking is available near the trailhead.

For those using public transportation, take a bus from Tallinn to Loksa. Buses leave from the Tallinn Bus Station. The journey takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Loksa, you can either walk to the trailhead, which is approximately a 30-minute walk from the bus station, or you can take a local taxi to Liiapeksi-Loksa directly to the Viru bog nature trail.
