If you are driving from Papeete, Tahiti, take the ferry to Moorea. The ferry departs from the ferry terminal in Papeete and takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Moorea ferry terminal, follow the signs to Route de ceinture, which circles the island. Continue on Route de ceinture for about 18 km, then turn left onto PK 18. Te Fare Natura - L'écomusée will be on your right. Be mindful of local traffic rules and watch for road signs.
