Train
From Hannover Hauptbahnhof (main train station), take the S-Bahn line S4 towards Minden. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Get off at the station 'Bergen-Belsen'. Once you exit the station, follow the signs for the Bergen-Belsen Memorial, which is approximately a 15-minute walk from the station. You will walk southeast along the Lüneburger Straße, and then follow the signs leading to the memorial.

From Hannover, take bus line 100 from the central bus station (ZOB) located next to Hannover Hauptbahnhof. The bus will take you to the 'Lohheide, Anne-Frank-Platz' stop. The memorial is just a short walk from there, following the signs. The total journey will take approximately 1 hour.

For those who enjoy cycling, you can rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops in Hannover. Head northwest from the city center towards the Wunstorfer Straße and follow the bike paths. It takes about 1.5 hours to cycle to Bergen-Belsen Memorial. Upon arrival, look for signs directing you to the memorial, which is located at Anne-Frank-Platz.
