After about 30 km, take exit 22-Hamburg-Diebsteich toward B4. Continue on B4 to the center of Hamburg. Follow signs for HafenCity and the Elbphilharmonie. The Visitor Center is located at Am Kaiserkai 62, 20457 Hamburg. Parking is available nearby, generally at a cost of around €2-€3 per hour.
