If you are starting from Fira, head towards the main road leading out of the town. Walk along the main street (Agiou Mina) towards the direction of Firostefani. As you walk, you'll have beautiful views of the caldera on your left. After approximately 15 minutes of walking, you will reach the village of Firostefani. Look for signs pointing to the Church of Agios Gerasimos, which is located near the center of the village.

From Fira, you can take a public bus towards Imerovigli or Oia. The bus stop is located near the central square of Fira. Board the bus and ride for about 10 minutes until you reach the Firostefani stop. After getting off, walk down the path towards the church, which is a short 5-minute walk from the bus stop.

Although you are not using a car, you can still take a taxi from Fira to the Church of Agios Gerasimos. Simply find a taxi stand near the central square in Fira. Inform the driver that you want to go to the Church of Agios Gerasimos in Firostefani. The drive will take about 5 minutes, and the taxi will drop you off near the church.
