Car
From Húsavík, head south on Route 87 towards the town of Reykjahlíð. After approximately 40 kilometers, turn left onto Route 1 (the Ring Road). Continue for about 20 kilometers until you reach the sign for Hljóðaklettar, which will be on your right. There is parking available at the site. Please note that there may be a parking fee of around 1,000 ISK.

Public Transportation
Take a bus from Húsavík Bus Station to the nearest stop at Reykjahlíð, which is approximately 30 kilometers away. From there, you will need to arrange for a taxi to Hljóðaklettar, as public transport does not go directly to the site. The taxi ride from Reykjahlíð to Hljóðaklettar will take about 15 minutes and may cost around 3,000-4,000 ISK.

If you are already in the vicinity of Hljóðaklettar, you can reach it by hiking. There are marked trails leading to Hljóðaklettar from nearby parking areas. The hike can take approximately 30-45 minutes, depending on your pace. Make sure to wear sturdy shoes and bring water, as the terrain can be rocky in places.
