Getting There

• Car

  From Boise, Idaho, take I-84 E toward Twin Falls. Continue on I-84 E for approximately 130 miles. Take exit 141 for US-30 toward Hagerman. Merge onto US-30 E and continue for about 15 miles. The Thousand Springs State Park & Hagerman Fossil Beds National Monument Visitor's Center will be on your right at 17970 US-30, Hagerman, ID 83332. Parking is available on-site.

• Public Transportation

  Unfortunately, direct public transportation options are limited in this area. You can take a Greyhound bus from Boise to Twin Falls (approximately 2 hours). From the Twin Falls bus station, you will need to arrange for a taxi or rideshare service (like Uber or Lyft) to travel the remaining 30 miles to the Visitor's Center at 17970 US-30, Hagerman, ID 83332. Expect to pay for the taxi or rideshare service, which may cost around $40-$60.

• Carpool or Rideshare

  If you’re in the Treasure Valley area, consider using a carpool service to reach Thousand Springs State Park.
