If you are in Oak Lawn, start by walking to the nearest bus stop for the Pace bus service. You can catch the Pace Route 349 towards Chicago. Stay on the bus for approximately 30-40 minutes until you reach the 'Pulaski Rd & 79th St' stop. From there, transfer to the CTA Orange Line at the Pulaski station. Take the Orange Line train northbound towards the Loop. Once you reach the 'State/Lake' station, transfer to the CTA Red Line towards Howard. Get off at 'Chicago' station. From there, it’s a 10-minute walk to 163 E Pearson St. Head east on E Chicago Ave, then turn left onto N Michigan Ave. Continue north until you reach E Pearson St, then turn right. The destination will be on your left.

Train
From Oak Lawn, walk to the Oak Lawn Metra station. Board the Metra Rock Island Line train towards Chicago LaSalle St. Station. The journey takes about 25 minutes. Once you arrive at the LaSalle St. station, exit and head to the nearest CTA station, which is 'State/Lake'. Take the CTA Red Line train towards Howard. Get off at 'Chicago' station. From there, it’s a 10-minute walk to 163 E Pearson St. Head east on E Chicago Ave, then turn left onto N Michigan Ave. Continue north until you reach E Pearson St, then turn right. The destination will be on your left.

If you are staying in Oak Lawn and prefer to walk, I recommend first heading towards the Oak Lawn Metra station. From there, follow the directions for taking the Metra train as mentioned above. It is not feasible to walk directly to 163 E Pearson St as it is quite a distance (over 15 miles), so using public transport is highly recommended.
