If you are in the city center of Gangtok, start at MG Marg, the main market area. From MG Marg, head towards Paljor Stadium Road, which is located on the eastern side of the market. Walk along Paljor Stadium Road, and you will continue to see signs pointing towards Upper Sichey. After approximately 15-20 minutes of walking, you will reach the Elgin Nor-Khill Heritage Resort & Spa, which is situated on Paljor Stadium Rd, Upper Sichey, Arithang, Gangtok. Look out for the resort as it is a prominent building in the area.

If you prefer not to walk, you can hire a local taxi or share taxi from MG Marg, which is the central hub for transport in Gangtok. Approach any taxi stand at MG Marg and request a ride to 'Elgin Nor-Khill, Upper Sichey'. The journey should take approximately 10-15 minutes depending on traffic.
