Car
From the Wicklow Mountains, head towards the N11 road. Follow signs for Dublin and merge onto the N11. Continue on the N11 until you reach the roundabout at the M50. Take the exit onto the M50 Northbound towards Dublin. Merge onto the R132 towards Malahide. Continue on the R132, following signs for Malahide. As you approach Malahide, turn right onto Dublin Rd (R106). Follow this road until you reach Malahide Castle Demesne on your left, where the Butterfly House is located. Parking is available on-site, and there may be a parking fee. The Butterfly House is within the gardens of Malahide Castle, which has an entrance fee.

Public Transportation
From Wicklow Mountains, take a bus to Dublin city center. You can catch the bus at any major stop, such as Bray or Greystones. Once you arrive in Dublin, head to Busáras (the main bus station) and take a bus (such as the 42) towards Malahide. The journey will take approximately 1 hour. Once in Malahide, you will need to walk approximately 15 minutes to reach Malahide Castle Demesne. Follow the signs for the castle, and you will find the Butterfly House within the gardens. Check for any bus fares, which should be around €5-€10.
