From the Wicklow Mountains, take the N11 road towards Dublin. Drive for approximately 30-40 minutes until you reach the outskirts of Dublin. Take the exit towards R132/M50, following signs for the city center. Merge onto the M50 and then take exit 9 for N4 towards the city center. Continue straight onto the N4, which will become the Liffey St. As you approach the city center, look for signs to 'The Liberties'. Once in The Liberties area, use GPS to navigate to Lamb Alley, where the Old Dublin City Wall is located.

From various locations in Wicklow Mountains, take a bus or train to Dublin city. For example, you can take a bus from Wicklow Town to Dublin (Bus Eireann or Dublin Bus service) which usually takes about 1-1.5 hours. Once you arrive at Dublin City Centre (Busaras or O'Connell Street), you can take the Luas (tram) to the 'St. James's' stop, which is close to The Liberties.
