If you are starting from the Jaffa Flea Market (Shuk HaPishpeshim), exit the market and head southeast on Olei Zion Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Yefet Street. Turn left onto Yefet Street and walk until you reach the end of the road. You will find yourself at the Jaffa Port. From the port, take a right onto HaYarkon Street and continue walking until you reach the intersection with Ruslan Street. Turn left onto Ruslan Street, and the Mahmoudiya Mosque will be on your right side at Ruslan St 4.

If you are near Jaffa's Clock Tower, exit towards the main square and head northeast on Clock Tower Square. Continue straight until you reach Yefet Street. Turn right on Yefet Street and walk until you reach the end of the road. Once you are at the Jaffa Port, take a right onto HaYarkon Street. Walk along this road until you reach Ruslan Street, and turn left. The Mahmoudiya Mosque will be located at Ruslan St 4, just a short walk down the street.

Once you reach HaYarkon Street, turn left and continue walking until you come to Ruslan Street.
