Once you arrive at the Naples bus terminal, walk to the nearest Metro station, 'Garibaldi.' Take Metro Line 1 towards Piscinola and get off at the Toledo station. From the Toledo station, exit and walk towards Via Toledo. The Basilica dello Spirito Santo will be located at Via Toledo, 402.
