If you are at the Florence Cathedral (Duomo), exit the cathedral and head east on Via de' Calzaiuoli towards Piazza della Signoria. Turn left onto Via dei Gondi and continue until you reach the Arno River. Cross the Ponte Vecchio and follow the riverbank until you reach the Ponte alle Grazie. Cross the bridge and turn right onto Lungarno delle Grazie. Keep walking straight until you reach Via dei Serragli. Turn left and continue until you reach Via Romana. Turn right onto Via Romana, then take a left onto Via Federico Stibbert. The Giardino del Museo Stibbert will be on your right at number 26.

From the Florence Cathedral, walk to the nearest bus stop at Piazza San Giovanni. Take bus number 17 towards 'Cascine'. Stay on the bus for about 15 minutes and get off at the stop 'Stibbert'.
