If you are driving, start by entering the A23 motorway towards Udine. Depending on your starting point in Friuli Venezia Giulia, the A23 can be accessed from various locations. Once on the A23, take the exit for 'Carnia' (exit 15). After exiting, follow the signs towards 'Resiutta' on SP10. Continue on SP10, which will lead you directly to Via Resia in Resiutta where the park is located. The entire drive should take approximately 1.5 hours from Udine.

To reach Parco Naturale Regionale delle Prealpi Giulie by public transport, first take a train from your location in Friuli Venezia Giulia to the town of 'Carnia'. Trenitalia operates train services throughout the region. Once you arrive at Carnia train station, you will need to take a bus to Resiutta. Upon reaching Resiutta, follow Via Resia to arrive at the park.
