Walking
If you are starting from the Herculaneum Archaeological Site, exit the site and head east towards Via Roma. Continue along Via Roma until you reach the intersection with Corso Resina. Turn right onto Corso Resina and walk straight until you reach the Herculaneum train station. From the train station, take the Circumvesuviana train towards Sorrento. The train ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the Massa Lubrense station. Once you exit the train station, follow the signs to the bus stop for the local bus service to Massa Lubrense. Take the bus for about 15 minutes until you reach Largo Vescovado. The Old Cathedral - Santa Maria delle Grazie will be in front of you.

Public Transport
From Herculaneum, walk to the Herculaneum train station. Purchase a ticket for the Circumvesuviana train towards Sorrento. Board the train and stay on for about 30 minutes, getting off at the Massa Lubrense station. After exiting the train, look for the local bus stop outside the station. Take the bus heading towards Massa Lubrense. After about 15 minutes, disembark at Largo Vescovado. The Old Cathedral - Santa Maria delle Grazie will be easily visible upon your arrival.
