Walking
From the center of Herculaneum, head east on Corso Resina towards Via Roma. Continue straight for about 800 meters until you reach the Herculaneum train station. Once at the station, take the Circumvesuviana train towards Sorrento. After approximately 15 minutes, get off at the 'Bacoli' station. Exit the station and turn left onto Via Roma. Follow this road for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach a fork; take the right path onto Via Privata Falci. Continue straight and you will find the Tomb of Agrippina at number 39 on your left.

Public Transport
Start at Herculaneum's main square, Piazza della Repubblica. Board the bus line EAV towards Bacoli. This bus will take you directly to Bacoli, and the ride takes about 20 minutes. Once you arrive at the Bacoli bus station, exit and turn right onto Via Roma. Walk straight for about 1 kilometer until you see the fork, then take the right turn onto Via Privata Falci. The Tomb of Agrippina will be located on your left at number 39.
