From Palermo Centrale train station, head to the ticket counter and buy a ticket for Santa Flavia. Trains to Santa Flavia run frequently, approximately every 30 minutes. Board the train heading towards Messina or Siracusa, and enjoy the scenic ride along the coast. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Santa Flavia station, exit the station and turn left onto Via Roma.

After exiting Santa Flavia station, walk straight along Via Roma until you reach the intersection with Via dei Cantieri. This walk is approximately 1 kilometer and should take around 15 minutes. Turn right onto Via dei Cantieri and continue walking until you reach Spiaggia di Sant'Elia, which will be on your left.

Alternatively, from Palermo, you can take a bus from the central bus station (Stazione degli Autobus) located near Via Giosuè Carducci. Look for buses heading to Santa Flavia. The bus journey takes about 40-50 minutes, depending on traffic. Once you arrive in Santa Flavia, follow the same walking instructions from the train station to Spiaggia di Sant'Elia.
