Walking
From the main beach area of Positano, head up Via dei Mulini. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via Pasitea. Turn left onto Via Pasitea and walk uphill for about 15 minutes until you reach the church of Santa Maria Assunta, which is a prominent landmark in Positano. From there, continue walking uphill on the same road until you reach the top of the hill, where you will find the bus stop for SITA buses. Take the SITA bus towards Naples. The journey will take around 1 hour. Once you arrive in Naples, you can either walk or take a local bus to Via Capodimonte. If you choose to walk, follow the signs to the historical center and then to Via Capodimonte. The Basilica of the Crowned Mother of Good Counsel will be on your left at number 13.

Start at the Positano bus terminal located near the main beach. Board the SITA bus heading to Naples. The ride will take approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive at the Naples bus terminal, exit the terminal and look for local buses or taxis to Via Capodimonte. If you prefer to walk, head towards the historical center and follow the signs to Via Capodimonte. The Basilica of the Crowned Mother of Good Counsel is located at number 13 on your left.
