Start your journey from the city center. If you are near the Colosseum, walk to the 'Colosseo' metro station (Line B). Take the metro towards 'Laurentina' and get off at 'Basilica di San Paolo' station. From there, transfer to bus 671 towards 'Appia Nuova/Capannelle'. Stay on the bus for about 15 minutes, and get off at the stop named 'Appia Nuova/Villa dei Quintili'. The entrance to the Villa of the Quintili is a short walk from the bus stop.

If you prefer walking, you can start from the Basilica di San Giovanni in Laterano. From the Basilica, head south on Via di Porta San Giovanni. Continue straight until you reach Via Appia Nuova. Turn left onto Via Appia Nuova, and walk for approximately 30 minutes. The Villa of the Quintili will be on your right at Via Appia Nuova, 1092.
