Getting There

  • Walking

    From the central Piazza Tasso in Sorrento, head towards Via San Cesareo. Continue straight onto Via degli Aranci. After about 10 minutes, you will reach the train station, Stazione di Sorrento. From here, take the Circumvesuviana train towards Salerno. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes, and you will get off at the Cetara station. Once you exit the station, turn left onto Via Roma and walk straight until you reach the coast. Follow the signs to Spiaggia del Lannio, which is a short 10-minute walk along the waterfront.

    From the central bus terminal in Sorrento, find the bus that goes to Salerno (look for SITA buses). The bus ride takes about 40 minutes. Get off at the bus stop in Cetara. After disembarking, walk towards the beach by heading down Via Nuova, which will lead you directly to Spiaggia del Lannio. It’s a pleasant 5-minute walk from the bus stop.
