Getting There

• Walking

  From the main square of Sorrento (Piazza Tasso), head towards Via San Cesareo, which is the bustling shopping street. Walk straight until you reach the end of the street where it meets Via Correale. Turn left onto Via Correale and continue walking until you reach the intersection with Via degli Aranci. Turn right onto Via degli Aranci. Follow this road until you reach the Circumvesuviana train station (Stazione di Sorrento). At the station, take the train towards Salerno. After approximately 30 minutes, get off at the Cetara station. From the station, it’s a short 10-minute walk to Torre di Cetara. Exit the station and head towards the main road (Via Lannio). Keep walking straight and you’ll find Torre di Cetara at Via Lannio, 2.

• Bus

  From Piazza Tasso in Sorrento, locate the bus stop for SITA buses. Catch the SITA bus heading towards Salerno. Make sure to check the schedule, as buses might not run frequently during off-peak hours. The journey will take approximately 40 minutes. Disembark at the stop for Cetara. Once you exit the bus, walk towards the seaside and continue straight until you reach Via Lannio. Torre di Cetara will be on your left at Via Lannio, 2.

• Taxi

  If you prefer a more direct method, you can take a taxi from Sorrento to Torre di Cetara. Taxis can be found at various locations in Sorrento, including outside the train station and in Piazza Tasso. Inform the driver that you want to go to Torre di Cetara, located at Via Lannio, 2. The drive should take around 30 minutes, depending on traffic. Be sure to agree on the fare before starting your trip or ensure the meter is on.
