Car
From central Dewa, head west on Route 112. Continue along Route 112 for approximately 25 kilometers until you reach Nishikawa. Once in Nishikawa, follow the signs to Shizu. As you get close, turn left onto Shizu road, where you should see signs for Ochimizu no yu Tsutaya. The destination will be located at 10 Shizu, Nishikawa, Nishimurayama District. Parking is available on-site.

Start by taking a local bus from Dewa Station to Nishikawa Station. The bus ride takes about 30 minutes, and you can check the local bus schedules for the latest times. Once you arrive at Nishikawa Station, you will need to take a taxi to Ochimizu no yu Tsutaya. The taxi ride is approximately 10 minutes and should cost around 1,500 yen. Be sure to have the address (10 Shizu, Nishikawa, Nishimurayama District, Yamagata 990-0734) ready for the driver.
