After approximately 40 kilometers, merge onto the Joban Expressway (E6) and continue for about 20 kilometers. Take the exit towards Ibaraki Prefectural Route 4 and follow the signs to Tokyo. You will then merge onto Route 50, which leads you into Tokyo. Follow the signs for Sumida City and then proceed to the address: 1 Chome-4-5 Mukojima, Sumida City, Tokyo 131-0033.
