Getting There

  • Car

    If you're traveling by car, start from the center of Kawachi and head towards Route 2 (Kawachi Bypass). Follow the bypass until you reach the junction for Route 1 and merge onto it. Continue on Route 1 for about 20 km, then take the exit towards Bunkyo City. Follow the signs for Honkomagome, and after approximately 2 km, you will see signs directing you to Komagome Fuji Shrine. There is parking available near the shrine.

  • Public Transportation

    For those using public transportation, start by taking the train from Kawachi Station. Board the JR Chuo Line heading towards Tokyo. After about 20 minutes, transfer at Ochanomizu Station to the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line. Ride this line for 2 stops and get off at Honkomagome Station. From Honkomagome Station, take the south exit and walk straight for about 10 minutes. You will find Komagome Fuji Shrine at 5 Chome-7-20 Honkomagome.
