    If you are driving, head towards the center of Kawachi and take Route 16 (Kawachi Bypass) heading towards Tokyo. Follow the signs for Kita City. After approximately 30 minutes, merge onto Route 4 (Tōmei Expressway). Continue for about 12 km and take the exit towards Nishigahara. Once you exit, follow Nishigahara Street. Kyu-Furukawa Gardens will be on your left at 1 Chome-27-39 Nishigahara. Look for parking options nearby.

    To reach Kyu-Furukawa Gardens using public transport, start at Kawachi Station. Take the JR Tōhoku Line towards Ueno Station and transfer at Ikebukuro Station. From Ikebukuro, take the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line to Nishi-Nippori Station. At Nishi-Nippori, transfer to the Tokyo Metro Namboku Line and get off at Nishigahara Station. Exit the station and walk approximately 10 minutes north along Nishigahara Street. The gardens will be on your right at 1 Chome-27-39 Nishigahara.
