If you're starting from Osaka Station, take the JR Hanwa Line towards Wakayama. After about 25 minutes, get off at Sakai Station. From Sakai Station, exit the station and head towards the Sakai City Hall area. You can walk about 15 minutes, following the signs towards Minamikawaramachi. The Observatory Lobby at Sakai City Hall is located at 3-1 Minamikawaramachi, Sakai Ward, Sakai, Osaka 590-0078.

If you are driving from Osaka, take the Hanshin Expressway Route 16 towards Sakai. Follow the signs for Sakai and exit at the Sakai Interchange. Once you exit, continue on Route 26 heading towards Sakai City. After approximately 10 minutes, you will reach the city center. Look for parking near Sakai City Hall, which is located at 3-1 Minamikawaramachi, Sakai Ward, Sakai, Osaka 590-0078. The Observatory Lobby is on the upper floors of the city hall.
