If you are in Osaka city, start at Osaka Station. Take the JR Tozai Line towards Nagai and get off at Tenmabashi Station. From there, exit the station and walk north towards the intersection of Ikedacho. Pulala Tenma is located at 3-1 Ikedacho, Kita Ward, Osaka, which is about a 10-minute walk from the station. Follow the signs for Tenma Market, and you will see it on your left.

If you are driving, navigate to 3-1 Ikedacho, Kita Ward, Osaka using your GPS. From Osaka Station, take Route 1 (also known as the Umeda Route) and head northeast. Turn left onto Ikedacho. Parking is available nearby, so look for public parking lots as you approach the area. Pulala Tenma is located just off the main road, and you should see the entrance as you approach.
