If you are driving, start from the central area of Kyoto. Navigate to the Heian Jingu Shrine and head east on Okazaki Seishojicho Street. The Kyoto International Exhibition Hall Miyako Messe is located at 9-1 Okazaki Seishojicho, just a short drive of about 5 minutes from the shrine. Look for signs indicating the Miyako Messe as you approach the area. There is parking available on-site, but be sure to check the parking fees.
