Getting There

Car
If you're driving, start by getting on Route 1 (also known as the Meishin Expressway) and head towards Kyoto. Once you reach Kyoto, take the exit for Shijo Avenue. Continue straight on Shijo Avenue until you reach the intersection with Karasuma Street. Turn left onto Karasuma Street and continue until you reach the intersection with Sanjo Street. Turn right onto Sanjo Street and continue to the Kamo River. Keep an eye out for Tennocho as you approach the river. The Kyoto Kamo River Club is located at 151 Tennocho, right by the riverside.

Public Transportation
To reach Kyoto Kamo River Club using public transportation, take the Kyoto City Bus to the 'Sanjo Keihan' stop. From there, walk towards the Kamo River. Cross over the Sanjo Bridge, and you will find Tennocho on your left. The club is located at 151 Tennocho, just a short walk from the river. Alternatively, you can take the Keihan Electric Railway to 'Sanjo Station' and then walk towards the river as described.
