Car
If you're driving from central Omi, head north on Route 8. Continue on this road for about 30 kilometers until you reach the town of Hakuba. Once you arrive in Hakuba, look for signs directing you to Hokujo. Turn onto Hokujo Road and follow it until you see the signs for Hakuba Iwatake Mountainbike PARK. There is parking available near the entrance.

To get to Hakuba Iwatake Mountainbike PARK using public transportation, start at the Omi train station and take the JR Oito Line towards Hakuba. The ride will take approximately 45 minutes. Once you arrive at Hakuba Station, exit the station and catch a local bus heading to Hokujo. The bus ride is about 10-15 minutes. Get off at the 'Iwatake' bus stop, which is near the entrance of the park.
