If you're driving from central Sanuki, set your GPS to '1 Chome-2-2 Shimotsuitanoura, Kurashiki, Okayama 711-0925'. Head south on Route 11 towards Kurashiki. After approximately 30 minutes, merge onto Route 2. Continue for about 10 minutes and follow the signs leading to Washuzan 1st Observation Deck. There is parking available at the observation deck, which is free of charge.

To reach the Washuzan 1st Observation Deck via public transportation, start by taking a train from Sanuki Station to Kurashiki Station. The train ride takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Kurashiki Station, exit and find the bus terminal. Take the Washuzan Line bus towards Washuzan and get off at the Washuzan 1st Observation Deck stop. The bus ride lasts about 20 minutes and costs around 500 yen. Note that the bus may have limited schedules, so check ahead for the latest timetable.
