If you're driving from Sanuki to Shinjuku Golden-Gai, head northeast on Route 11 towards Takamatsu. Continue on Route 11 for about 40 kilometers until you reach the Takamatsu Expressway entrance. Take the Takamatsu Expressway (E11) towards Kobe. After approximately 80 kilometers, merge onto the Chuo Expressway (E20) towards Tokyo. Keep following the signs for Tokyo until you reach the Shinjuku exit. Once you exit, follow the signs for Shinjuku and then Kabukicho. To reach Shinjuku Golden-Gai using public transit, start by taking a train from Sanuki Station to Takamatsu Station. This is a short ride of about 15 minutes.
