If you're driving, start by getting onto the Meishin Expressway from Settsu. Follow the signs towards Kyoto and take the exit for Kyoto Minami IC. Once you exit, continue straight on Route 1, then turn left onto Route 162. Follow this road until you reach Adashino Nenbutsu-ji, located at 17番地 Sagatoriimoto Adashinocho in Ukyo Ward, Kyoto. There is parking available at the temple, but be sure to check for any parking fees.

To reach Adashino Nenbutsu-ji by public transport, first make your way to Settsu's nearest train station, which is usually the Settsu-Tonda Station. From there, take the JR Tozai Line towards Kyoto Station. At Kyoto Station, transfer to the JR Sanin Line and get off at Hanazono Station. From Hanazono Station, you can catch a local bus (Bus number 26 or 28) that will take you to Adashino Nenbutsu-ji. The bus ride will take about 20-30 minutes. Make sure to have some yen ready for the bus fare, which is typically around 230 yen.
