From any major city in Eastern Kansas, such as Topeka or Lawrence, you can take I-70 W towards Larned. Take exit 113 for US-183 S and merge onto US-183 S. Continue on US-183 S for about 45 miles until you reach Larned. Once in Larned, turn right onto KS-156 W, and the Fort will be on your left. Make sure to check the route for any road construction or detours that may affect your travel.
