From Kuldiga Town Square (Pilsētas laukums), head south on Jelgavas iela towards Rumba parish. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers until the junction with Rumbas iela. Turn left onto Rumbas iela and follow it for approximately 500 meters. The Jewish Victim Memorial Site will be on your right side near the intersection with Rumba iela. Walking from the town square will take approximately 20-30 minutes.
