From the French Market, walk to the nearby Canal Street and catch the Riverfront Streetcar. Ride it until you reach the stop at the intersection of Canal and Bourbon. Once you get off, walk south down Bourbon Street for about two blocks, and you will find The World Famous Cats Meow at 701 Bourbon St on your left.
