If you are starting from the City Square Mall, exit the mall and head towards Jalan Wong Ah Fook. Walk straight for about 500 meters until you reach the JB Sentral bus terminal. From there, continue walking along Jalan Trus until you see the Johor Bahru Customs Complex. Take a right turn onto Jalan Ibrahim and walk straight for about 1 kilometer. You will reach the waterfront area near the Straits of Johor. Cavenagh Bridge is located across the water in Singapore, so you may take a ferry from the nearby terminal (if available) or head to the nearest border checkpoint to cross into Singapore.

From any location in Johor Bahru, make your way to the Larkin Sentral bus terminal. From there, take a bus to the Woodlands Checkpoint in Singapore. After clearing immigration, you will be in Singapore. Once you exit the checkpoint, head to the MRT station and take the North South Line towards Marina South Pier. Get off at Raffles Place MRT station. From there, walk for about 10 minutes towards Fullerton Square where Cavenagh Bridge is located.
