Getting There

• Car

  If you're driving, start by heading towards the East Coast Expressway (E8). From Kuala Lumpur, take the E8 exit towards Kuantan. Continue on the E8 for about 40 km until you reach the Bentong exit. Once you exit, follow the signs for Bentong town. After passing through the town, head towards the direction of Genting Highlands by following the signage. After approximately 10 km, look for the KM48 marker for the Botanical Garden by Japanese Village. Parking is available at the location, but ensure to arrive early as spaces can fill up quickly, especially on weekends.

• Public Transportation

  For those using public transport, take a bus from Kuala Lumpur to Bentong. You can board a bus from Pudu Sentral (Pudu Bus Station). The bus ride takes about 1.5 to 2 hours. Once you arrive in Bentong, you will need to take a taxi or Grab ride to reach the Botanical Garden by Japanese Village, as it is approximately 10 km from the bus station. Expect to pay around RM20-30 for the taxi or Grab fare. Make sure to check the bus schedule ahead of time for return trips.

• Ride-Hailing Service

  If you prefer a more convenient option, consider using a ride-hailing service like Grab. Open the app and set your pickup location in Selangor, and enter 'Botanical Garden by Japanese Village' as your destination. The ride will take approximately 1 hour from central Selangor, and costs may range from RM60 to RM80 depending on traffic. This is an excellent option if you're not comfortable driving or navigating public transport.
