Getting There

• Car

  If you are driving from the Selangor area, head towards Kuala Lumpur via the Federal Highway (E1). After about 20-30 minutes, depending on traffic, take the exit for Jalan Tun Perak. Continue straight on Jalan Tun Perak for approximately 1 km, and you will find the Sultan Abdul Samad Jamek Mosque on your right. Parking is available nearby, but be prepared for potential parking fees, which can range from RM 2 to RM 5 per hour.

• Public Transportation - Train

  To reach Sultan Abdul Samad Jamek Mosque using public transportation, take the KTM Komuter or LRT from various stations in Selangor to KL Sentral. From KL Sentral, transfer to the MRT Sungai Buloh - Kajang Line and disembark at the Merdeka station. The mosque is approximately a 10-minute walk from the station. Exit the station and head southeast on Jalan Sulaiman, then turn left onto Jalan Tun Perak. The mosque will be on your left. The train fare can range from RM 3 to RM 6 depending on your starting station.
