Seaplane
The most common and scenic way to reach Medhufushi Island Resort is via seaplane from Malé International Airport (MLE). Upon arrival at MLE, a resort representative will greet you and escort you to the seaplane terminal, a short 5-minute drive away. After check-in, relax in the air-conditioned lounge before your 35-40 minute flight. The seaplane offers breathtaking aerial views of the Maldivian atolls. The seaplane lands directly on the water near the resort's jetty. The seaplane transfer costs approximately $478 per adult and $300 per child for a round trip. These prices are subject to change, and it's best to confirm with the resort when booking. A luggage allowance of 20 kg per person is permitted, with excess baggage charged at $5 per kg.

Speedboat
An alternative to the seaplane is a speedboat transfer from Malé International Airport (MLE). A resort representative will meet you at the airport and direct you to the speedboat. The speedboat journey takes approximately 2.5 hours. Note that the speedboat may make stops at other resorts along the way. The speedboat transfer costs approximately $210 per adult and $105 per child for a round trip. These prices are subject to change, so it's best to confirm with the resort when booking. There are two speedboat transfers per day departing from Malé at approximately 11 am and 5 pm. Transfers from Medhufushi back to Malé depart at approximately 6 am and 11 am.
