Getting There

  • Ferry

    The primary way to reach Felidhu Atoll from Malé is by public ferry or speedboat. From Velana International Airport (MLE) , take the airport ferry to Malé , which costs approximately $1 USD and departs every 15 minutes. From Malé, take the MTCC ferry Route 310 to Fulidhoo Island. This ferry departs at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday and takes about 3 hours and 25 minutes. Tickets cost around US$5 one way. Once in Fulidhoo, transfer to MTCC ferry #309 to Felidhoo. This ferry takes about 2 hours and runs every day except Fridays, departing Fulidhoo at 13:45 PM. Alternatively, a speedboat from Malé to Felidhoo costs around $40 per person and takes approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes. Contact your hotel or guesthouse in advance to arrange speedboat transfers.
