Car
If you are driving from Mellieha Bay Area, head south on Triq Il-Wied towards Triq Il-Qrolli. Continue straight onto Triq Il-Lazzaretto. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Triq Il-Mellieħa. Follow this road until you reach another roundabout. Take the first exit onto Triq Il-Madonna tal-Grazzja, and follow the signs for Anchor Bay. You will see signs for Popeye Village, which is located near Anchor Bay. Parking is available near the beach, but may incur a small fee.

Public Transportation (Bus)
From Mellieha Bay Area, you can take the bus number 101 or 102 from the nearest bus stop (Mellieha Bay). The bus will take you towards the main Mellieha town. Get off at the stop for Mellieha Church. From there, you can either walk approximately 20 minutes downhill towards Anchor Bay or catch a local taxi to take you directly to the bay. The taxi fare should be around €10-€15.
