Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Independence Avenue SW. Turn left onto Independence Avenue SW and walk for about 0.3 miles until you reach West Basin Drive SW. The Franklin Delano Roosevelt Memorial will be on your left at 1850 West Basin Dr SW.

    From the Rockville Town Center, walk to the Rockville Metro Station and take the Metrobus Ride On Route 55 towards Silver Spring. Get off at the Twinbrook Metro Station stop. Then transfer to the Metrobus A Line towards the Washington DC. Ride for approximately 35 minutes, getting off at the 14th Street & Independence Avenue SW stop. Walk west on Independence Avenue SW for about 0.3 miles, then turn left onto West Basin Drive SW. The Franklin Delano Roosevelt Memorial will be on your left at 1850 West Basin Dr SW.

    If you're staying in Rockville Town Center, you can walk to the Rockville Metro Station. From the Town Center, head south on MD-355/South Washington Street.
