If you are near the Jardin de la Union, head northwest towards the Calle 5 de Febrero. Continue straight onto Calle San Pedro, then turn right onto Calle Miguel Hidalgo. Walk straight until you reach the Explanada del Panteón Municipal. The Museum of the Mummies of Guanajuato will be on your left. This route should take about 15 minutes.

Locate the nearest bus stop and catch a bus heading towards the Centro Histórico. Once you arrive at the main square (Plaza de la Paz), disembark and walk towards the Cathedral. From there, continue straight until you reach Calle 5 de Febrero. Turn left onto Calle San Pedro, then right onto Calle Miguel Hidalgo until you reach the Explanada del Panteón Municipal. The museum will be on your left. The bus ride should take around 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic.
