Take the exit for MS-12 W towards Starkville. After approximately 7 miles, turn right onto Bluff Lake Rd. The Sam D. Hamilton Noxubee National Wildlife Refuge Admin Building and Visitor Contact Station will be on your left at 13723 Bluff Lake Rd, Starkville, MS 39759.
