Take exit 1E for I-55 N toward St. Louis. Stay on I-55 N for approximately 10 miles. Take exit 1A to merge onto E Brooks Rd toward US-51 N. Continue on E Brooks Rd for about 3 miles, then turn left onto S 3rd St. Continue for about 0.5 miles and turn right onto E McLemore Ave. The Stax Museum will be on your left at 926 E McLemore Ave, Memphis, TN 38126.

Get off at the stop near S 3rd St and E McLemore Ave. Walk east on E McLemore Ave for about 0.5 miles, and you will reach the Stax Museum at 926 E McLemore Ave, Memphis, TN 38126.
