If you're traveling by car, head to Billings, Montana. From downtown Billings, take I-90 E towards Miles City. After about 4.5 miles, take exit 446 for Lockwood/Billings Heights. Merge onto MT-3 N and continue for about 2 miles. Turn left onto Rolling Hills Dr. Lake Elmo State Park will be on your right at 219 Rolling Hills Dr, Billings, MT 59105. Note that parking is free.
