Getting There

Walking
From your current location in Nagarkot, head towards the main road that leads out of the village. Follow the signs towards Bhaktapur, which is the main route leading to Kathmandu. As you walk, enjoy the scenic views of the hills. After approximately 30 minutes of walking, you will reach the main bus stop in Nagarkot. From there, you can catch a local bus heading to Kathmandu.

Bus
Once you are at the bus stop, look for a bus that indicates it is going to Kathmandu. The fare is usually around 200-300 NPR. After boarding, the bus will take you directly to Kathmandu, passing through beautiful landscapes and local villages. The journey will take about 1-1.5 hours depending on traffic. You will want to get off at the Thamel area, which is the main tourist hub in Kathmandu.

Walking
After arriving in Thamel, disembark at the Thamel bus station. From here, head towards Thamel Marg, which is a central street in the Thamel area. Walk straight along Thamel Marg for about 10 minutes, and you will see 'Himalayan Partner Treks & Expedition' on your right-hand side, located on the 3rd floor. Look for the sign and take the stairs or elevator to reach your destination.
