Getting There

• Public Transport

  If you are in Utrecht and want to visit the Verzetsmuseum in Amsterdam, start by taking a train from Utrecht Central Station to Amsterdam Central Station. Trains are frequent, and the journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Amsterdam Central Station, exit the station and head to the front. Look for the 'Tram' sign. Take tram number 9 (direction Diemen Sniep) or tram number 14 (direction Flevopark) and get off at the 'Plantage Kerklaan' stop. The museum is just a short walk from the tram stop, located at Plantage Kerklaan 61. The museum will be right in front of you as you walk down the street.

• Walking

  If you prefer to walk from the tram stop, after getting off at 'Plantage Kerklaan', walk towards the Plantage Kerklaan street. The Verzetsmuseum is approximately a 5-minute walk away. As you walk, you'll notice the beautiful architecture of the buildings around you. Continue walking straight, and you will see the museum on your left at Plantage Kerklaan 61.

• Bicycle

  For those who enjoy cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the many rental shops in Utrecht. From Utrecht, cycle towards Amsterdam via the designated bike paths. The journey is about 40 minutes to 1 hour, depending on your speed. Once you reach Amsterdam, follow the signs to the city center. After arriving in the vicinity of the museum, park your bike at the designated bike racks near Plantage Kerklaan and walk to the museum entrance at Plantage Kerklaan 61.
